Easy to use, easy on skin and easy way to not buy plastic
Love the feel of the moisturizer on my skin each morning. I glide the stone over my cheeks, forehead, chin and neck and then massage in gently. Apply some foundation and I’m ready to go for the day. No greasy feel although it is not a lightweight moisturizer.

Worth the price!
No matter how many “clean” products I tried for my sensitive, combination skin - it always ended in acne, psoriasis flareups, and irritation. THIS WORKS. Loving my skin...

Winter-strong moisture that lasts all day
I never had dry skin until the last couple of years as I've moved into menopause. I love winter weather, but the dry air really hits my skin hard now! The lotion I depended on for decades wasn't helping anymore.
The Soothe Face Stone is a game changer. I apply it in the morning and have comfortable skin all day, even with the wood stove going. Once again at night, and I'm set for a good sleep.

I’m hyper sensitive and so far this has been a gentle moisturizer with no negative reactions. It seems pretty hydrating. Better than the myriad of face oils I have tried, soaks in and I have used it under makeup. Especially good for dry skin in winter that gets crinkly around eyes. I think it will last a long time too.

What is the shelf life of a Face Stone?

The Face Stone is made with kokum butter, which is an incredible natural preservative, making the shelf life about two years. However, for optimal usage, we recommend using it within a year after opening.

How do I keep my Face Stone clean?

We recommend applying the Face Stone with clean hands to a clean face and storing it back in it's green glass jar after each use.

One of the top reasons Kate removed water from the Face Stone formula is because water breeds bacterial and microbial growth, which can cause infection and inflammation. Our Face Stone is 100% plant-based nourishment and water-free. Kokum butter acts as an incredible natural preservative, keeping the Face Stone sanitary without added synthetic ingredients. By contrast, most traditional moisturizers and creams are made with up to 80% water and get filled with preservatives, fillers, stabilizers, alcohols, and other synthetics to prevent microbial growth.

Is the Face Stone non-comedogenic?

Yes! Each Face Stone is formulated with a kokum butter base, a non-comedogenic emollient that will not clog pores and is suitable for all skin types. Kokum butter provides a lightweight, buildable texture that spreads and absorbs easily into the skin without any grease. It is also a natural humectant, so it attracts and retains moisture by drawing water vapor to the surface of the skin to lock in hydration.

How do I incorporate the Face Stone into my skincare routine?

Apply the Face Stone in the morning after you cleanse your face and before your daily SPF. It can also be used at night. We suggest applying a thicker coat to clean skin as an overnight sleeping mask. The Face Stone can also be used as a natural highlighter, a makeup primer, and a lip balm.
