Lovely moisturizer
I’ve been using this bar moisturizer for a few weeks now and I really like it! Feels lovely and massaging when putting it on and keeps my face feeling moisturized all day. I don’t notice a fading of dark spots or wrinkles yet but we will see, I’m hopeful it will improve the look of my 40 year old skin.

Great!…but doesn’t last 3-6 months
I’ve gone through 3 face stones and I love them! Like the body stones, these don’t fully absorb into the skin and leave a thin layer of oil behind. Though this can make them less than perfect for daytime use (except on cold winter days), it makes for an excellent nighttime moisturizer. I notice a genuine difference in my skin when I use this at night versus other moisturizers or creams - in the morning, my skin looks & feels healthier and much better hydrated. The only problem is, these don’t last 3-6 months as advertised. Even using only a thin layer once a day, I can just BARELY stretch it to 3 months only if I traveled during that time and didn’t bring the stone with me. Still an excellent product, but something to consider given the price.

Wonderful moisturizer!
I love the scent and feel of this moisturizer. While it is expensive, it lasts quite a long time . I like it so much that I subscribe to get it every three months. If you can afford it, it’s well worth it.

Rich, and lovely scent
I usually use the Balance face stone, and love it. I tried the Glow on a whim, and I like it. It already seems to have softened a couple of deep wrinkles in my brow line, and the scent is just lovely. I think it may be too rich and creamy for my skin every day, but I'm planning to use it as a special night time treatment a few times a week, and keep using the Balance as my daily go-to.

What is the shelf life of a Face Stone?

The Face Stone is made with kokum butter, which is an incredible natural preservative, making the shelf life about two years. However, for optimal usage, we recommend using it within a year after opening.

How do I keep my Face Stone clean?

We recommend applying the Face Stone with clean hands to a clean face and storing it back in it's green glass jar after each use.

One of the top reasons Kate removed water from the Face Stone formula is because water breeds bacterial and microbial growth, which can cause infection and inflammation. Our Face Stone is 100% plant-based nourishment and water-free. Kokum butter acts as an incredible natural preservative, keeping the Face Stone sanitary without added synthetic ingredients. By contrast, most traditional moisturizers and creams are made with up to 80% water and get filled with preservatives, fillers, stabilizers, alcohols, and other synthetics to prevent microbial growth.

Is the Face Stone non-comedogenic?

Yes! Each Face Stone is formulated with a kokum butter base, a non-comedogenic emollient that will not clog pores and is suitable for all skin types. Kokum butter provides a lightweight, buildable texture that spreads and absorbs easily into the skin without any grease. It is also a natural humectant, so it attracts and retains moisture by drawing water vapor to the surface of the skin to lock in hydration.

How do I incorporate the Face Stone into my skincare routine?

Apply the Face Stone in the morning after you cleanse your face and before your daily SPF. It can also be used at night. We suggest applying a thicker coat to clean skin as an overnight sleeping mask. The Face Stone can also be used as a natural highlighter, a makeup primer, and a lip balm.
