Order Status & Shipping
Holiday Shipping Cut-Offs:
We recommend reviewing these dates to ensure you receive your items in time for the holidays.
- Standard shipping: December 16th
- 2 Day shipping: December 18th
- Overnight shipping: December 19th
Shipping and Delivery:
- You will select your shipping method at checkout and see the exact rate from the service you select.
- Orders over $75 before tax and after any discount ship FREE via USPS Mail.
- Allow up to 7 days for orders to ship.
- Once shipped, United States orders should arrive within 5-7 days.
Order Status:
- Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
- Once your order shipped, the tracking information will be sent to you via email.
Return Policy
- Due to the nature of our products, Kate McLeod does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
- However, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do everything we can to ensure your happiness. If you experience any issues with your purchase (i.e., if a product arrives damaged or is defective), please reach out to us at support@katemcleod.com. We will happily work with you to make things right.
Damaged Goods
- Please email us at support@katemcleod.com
- Please provide the pictures of the damaged/defective goods
- Be sure to include the order number with the exact item name in the email
- Once received above info we will:
- Replace the item if it is in stock.
- Issue store credit if it is out of stock.
Editing Orders & Canceling Orders
- We work to get orders shipped as quickly as possible. As soon as payment is accepted and an order is confirmed, it is immediately processed for packaging and shipment. This means that there is only a very small window of time where we can catch an order before it is shipped. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to process an order cancellation, or make any desired changes to an order, after an order has been placed.
