I got this and the body moisturizer and I must say this seems like a much better value than the body version. This is super moisturizing and has not clogged pores or giving me a single zit, really nice mind smell and seems like it will last awhile compared to the body version. Packaging is also great!

Very concentrated herbal scent
I was not able to use the product because the scent was too strong. I promised to donate it to a local women’s shelter since I thought that was the right thing to do given the return policy which makes sense. However, I know the scent probably indicates that the product has very very concentrated ingredients and I think it will be suitable for someone who wants a product like this. I will go and buy the unscented one. I do like the glass jar it comes in. Great customer service too!

Wonderful
I love this face stone. It leaves my face sift and hydrated all day. It's so easy to use. You don't have to follow 10 steps just to clean and moisturize. I will order more when the weather cools off. I live in the high desert and they deliver to mailboxes 5 miles away. If I can't get yo it in time, it will melt. I'll have to stock up when it gets cooler.

How long does a Face Stone last?

Since the Face Stone is a waterless concentrate, a little goes a long way. One Face Stone lasts 3-6 months with daily usage, and provides twice as much usage per oz than a traditional face moisturizer.

What is the shelf life of a Face Stone?

The Face Stone is made with kokum butter, which is an incredible natural preservative, making the shelf life about two years. However, for optimal usage, we recommend using it within a year after opening.

How do I keep my Face Stone clean?

We recommend applying the Face Stone with clean hands to a clean face and storing it back in it's green glass jar after each use.

One of the top reasons Kate removed water from the Face Stone formula is because water breeds bacterial and microbial growth, which can cause infection and inflammation. Our Face Stone is 100% plant-based nourishment and water-free. Kokum butter acts as an incredible natural preservative, keeping the Face Stone sanitary without added synthetic ingredients. By contrast, most traditional moisturizers and creams are made with up to 80% water and get filled with preservatives, fillers, stabilizers, alcohols, and other synthetics to prevent microbial growth.

Is the Face Stone non-comedogenic?

Yes! Each Face Stone is formulated with a kokum butter base, a non-comedogenic emollient that will not clog pores and is suitable for all skin types. Kokum butter provides a lightweight, buildable texture that spreads and absorbs easily into the skin without any grease. It is also a natural humectant, so it attracts and retains moisture by drawing water vapor to the surface of the skin to lock in hydration.

How do I incorporate the Face Stone into my skincare routine?

Apply the Face Stone in the morning after you cleanse your face and before your daily SPF. It can also be used at night. We suggest applying a thicker coat to clean skin as an overnight sleeping mask. The Face Stone can also be used as a natural highlighter, a makeup primer, and a lip balm.
